1. It is not actually illegal to drive and vape
Let’s just start off by clarifying that it isn’t actually illegal to drive and vape at the same time. However, this doesn’t mean that it’s safe for you to hop in your car and start puffing away. If you’re found guilty of driving without due care and attention then you could earn yourself some points on your licence and a fine. If you can, you want to avoid anything distracting while driving and if this includes your e-cig, then so be it. Don’t use it until you arrive at wherever it is you’re going.
